We currently have a concrete slab right next to the trailer. Thats pretty much where we put the tables, coolers etc. and hang out. We also had a decent size garage built about 5 years ago. The garage is approximately 650 square feet or so. If we eventually do build a cinder block home, it'll probably have two bedrooms, one bath, and be approximately 800 square feet.

my casitas are 800 sq feet

my unit has one bedroom and NO KITCHEN

the rentals are the same size with 2 bedrooms and NO KITCHEN

650 sq feet is a pretty small garage
mine is FULL and is 1600 sq feet

800 sq feet is a really small house
you better draw a plan and measure the furniture that goes inside

650 sf is a huge garage.
1600 sf is a barn.

800 sf is a fine size for 2 BR house.
