I drove the road down to Bahia Aqua Verde on 3 January 2020. It was in good shape and shouldn't be an issue for a Suburban with a small tent trailer.

Friends have a bunch of school supplies to take up to Agua Verde from La Paz. Anyone have recent information about the road conditions? They're driving an older Ford Bronco. Thanks in advance for any current info.

See the post above from Jan saying it was in good shape.

This is a heavily traveled road with very few problems.

Drove it today. It won’t be a problem. There’s a short section being repaired around km 38 or do that would be tricky to navigate with a trailer. Otherwise the road is fine.
