The issue is that Munoz's story of M&O crossing onto his property brandishing a can of bear spray against armed defendants sounds like a lie to

I f Munoz owned this property since he was 18, why did he let all this development happen with out showing any concerns of people building on it!!!

In Mexico real estate- good and bad and right and wrong are on the abstract side. I've had squatters living on our Federal Zone concession for four
years now with only a "prescripcion positiva " (not legal for federal zone). She has been able to stay with help from local friends in high-enough
places - but that doesn't make her legally right for being there. The legal system is tedious. In the end only having the correct Federal Title
paperwork matters. Everything eventually gets straightened out when the written federal laws are put into practice. But that can take decades
which works directly against most of our retirement plans for peace, love and fish tacos in Baja..

Mike, Mark & Olivia at best have a lease with the Ejido. They have no claims to ownership.
Munoz has shown documents of ownership as to private property. Why Munoz waited so long to show up is a valid? If his documents are real it doesn’t
matter!

It separates the restaurant (South) from the Hotel (North).
Greg and Tracy were from Colorado as I stated earlier. They lived in the upper floor above the restaurant. Rose and Roy lived in an old delapidated
trailer by the basketball court when they lived there. Every morning you were awakened by the tap-tap-tap-clang of the basketball Rose used for
exercise before the day got hot. The last two times there we rented the new giant palapa that Roy built the year before he left. Roy was very proud
of that palapa. Once from Roy (2005) and the next year from Greg & Tracy. It was right next to La Posada. Remember.
The following year 2007 we went to LA Bay

I had a rent contract with Roberto and Franca, they brought Olivia as manager and then fired her making her sign in front of a public notary that she
does not own anything on the hotel and I mean the building, because the land has always been mine.
For those of you who do not know, the bridge does not separate my property from Olivia’s, it is on Federal Zone connecting my property with my
property, only the part that is over the water is Federal Zone, but both sides are my property, Olivias live only in a 20 mts. strip from the sea and
that hardly cover the restaurant and house, she was caught on my property during the night and she ran to the bridge, but she would have to enter my
property again on the other side.
The question that everybody avoids is
WHAT WAS OLIVIA DOING IN MY PROPERTY DURING THE NIGHT AND WITH PEPER SPRAY ON HER HANDS?????
IF SHE KNEW THAT MY PEOPLE HAD GUNS, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CRAZY TO SPRAY THEM WITH PEPER SPRAY, WHY DID SHE DO IT????
IF MY PEOPLE WAS THREATHENING HER WITH A SHOTGUN AND A PISTOL, WHY WOULD SHE SPRAY THEM WITH PEPER SPRAY??? IT WOULD BE SUICIDAL.
The only explanation is that my people caught her stealing on my Hotel as usual, they chased her to the bridge without showing the guns and when they
caught her, she sprayed them to avoid being caught and then my people showed the guns and she jumped to the water scared following Nark, who jumped
first leaving her behind. It is the only explanation, any other bring inconsistencies.
Today, Olivia went to a Press conference offered by the Estate District attorney and told the press that the Estate District Attorney did not help
her.
The Este District Attorney told the press that he was upholding the law, something that other administrations had not done before.
But he did not explain why he did it without a court order???
He did not explain why he acted without a previous claim and in a Private property.
He did not show any court order against my property.
He did not explain why he called to help him a convicted criminal who has an order to serve jail sentence and is out.
He did not explain how is it possible that I had a previous claim against Olivia trying to squatter on 3 of my houses, was caught in the act, my
manager opened a criminal case against her and she did not denied the charges, but never was prosecuted as usual, the case is the MLG\61\2011
September 24 and that mean, that he had a legal criminal case against Olivia, where she did not denied the charges and then she went and claimed that
she owned those houses and the Estate District attorney just believed her, without showing any court order against my property or me and just acted to
give her what the courts cannot give her. Case Closed, the District Attorney is guilty of invading private property, abuse of power, stealing
vehicles, damages and more, while Olivia is guilty of trying and then succeeding to squatter a private property with official help.
Did any of you ask why if my property is Private Property, she having a contract with an ejido is asking for my property????????????????
Why does the Ejido dropped his claim against me while someone with just a rent contract with the Ejido is claiming what the ejido accept is not his
property????????????????
If you see any of her contracts with the Ejido La Purisima, you will see that they say they are renting on Km. 94.5 while Buenaventura is on Km. 93.8
and that mean, that she rented north of my property and trying to confuse authorities in to giving her my property while the Ejido have no claim
against me.
Just ask her to show the rent contract she has with the ejido and you can clearly see she is wrong but of course, that should have been clear to a
District Attorney, but then why did he helped her????????????
The only answer is that she is trying to steal a private property with the help of the Estate District Attorney and that makes the Estate District
attorney guilty of several crimes and I WILL NOT STOP UNTILL HE IS IN JAIL, TOGETHER WITH OLIVIA AND THE OTHER 2 DISTRICT ATTORNEYS WHO HELPED HER AND
OF COURSE HIM.

hotel? 25k and a promise of another 400k, that never happened!! You have been to italy and are friends? Come on you have pushed people and authorities

jail!!! You should just walk away and hope you can save face and let playa buenaventura, return to its name of beach of good fortune, so people of all

If anything, this thread has made people want to pass by that spot without stopping. It has certainly done nothing to enhance the reputation of that
place. I seriously doubt any papers Raphael has are fraudulent. You may not like the methods or processes he used to obtain them, but that is all
water under that bridge now. Deal with his ownership rights and find future solutions to this situation based on the legal papers people have in

That is what you hope for, but you will never get it, and they are going to jail, they just went over the line and are now National news together with
the Estate District Attorney and that is not good for her business and I do not mean her hamburger business.
Nark is Nark Jerome Burbey because he sell drugs, charge for letting drugs land on Federal Zone and because he is accomplice to Olivia and all her
crimes and also because he tried to Kill Jimmy Higgs.
I am in every day contact with Roberto and Franca who are in Italy and he has been my friend for many years.
Roberto made the mistake of hiring Olivia as Hotel Manager and she just stole from him so much that he had to fire her, then she tried to steal the
hotel and failed, but obviously she keep trying. I have a public notary witnessed document with her signature on it, where she accept these facts and
that she does not own anything on the hotel.
MY contract with Roberto, cover only the land and he built the hotel, then he sold me what he built on my own property and he has received payment.
Olivia and George Michael were operating a hoar house at the Federal Zone restaurant but just in Federal Zone and then started bringing drugs from
Sinaloa in her Cessna airplane and boats; and the Americans who were there know all of these facts, just ask them; they even declared to the police
that they were bringing the dope in the plane in shoe boxes; they knew and some of them participated on the business. (Do you know any other taco
stand owner on a far away beach who owns airplanes and boats???)
Then Michael George left with a 16 year old hoar, leaving Olivia and went to live in Sinaloa doing the same business, where some say died a couple of
years ago, he left before Roberto and Franca did the same; The boats and planes went with him leaving Olivia with just a hamburger place on Federal
Zone on a far away beach, but now she knew the business and contacts.
Nark, then Mark Jerome Burbey, arrived as a tourist and just convinced the old lady Olivia( he is 12 years younger than her) that he would take care
of her and help her with the business; he and his father had a printing business in California, then he came to Baja avoiding paying child support.
Then I started to see how they were operating during the nights and how they were bringing mobile homes and making secret compartments, then the drugs
unloading and all that was caught on my security system and is in possession of Navy intelligence and PGR intelligence.
When Roberto and Franca left knowing all this, we put a stop to those activities and started lending the hotel to the Federal Police to gather
evidence against Olivia and Nark.
Then Olivia started to become dangerous and violent and she started to collect criminal cases against her, but strangely, never prosecuted, at this
time she has 14 criminal cases and 2 federal, while she has been convicted on 2 without serving a day in jail or paying what the judge ordered as
penalty.
Then we discovered that she was cousin to the local drug lord's wife, he then belonged to the Arellano Cartel, but then El Tigrillo was caught near
Mulege where his resting home was located and the Mulege drug lord came down from grace and we believe Olivia went to the Pacific cartel.
Of course she kept working her hamburger business and acting like a normal person during the day and as a face to Americans, but she kept her
ambitions.
The Estate District attorney office kept protecting her, but just passively, only protecting her from prosecution; your were able to see the line of
patrol cars every day after an unloading; the policeman even embraced Nark and Olivia in public and all that was also caught on my security camera,
then a robotic camera was installed and the data went through internet directly to the Federal Police.
Then the local Navy commander changed coats and started attacking us and opening the road for the unloading and we denounced this to the Federal
Police, Federal Military judicial police and the president, the crooked commander was removed.
Now, the new Estate District attorney, started acting as her armed arm and call on her to defend him; and remember that she is being prosecuted for
lying to judicial authorities and she confessed to this crime. She has 2 convictions and 14 open criminal cases; every word here is documented in
criminal files. (Would you use this kind of person to defend you if you were the Estate District attorney????)
At this time, the National Hotel Association and the National developers association are getting ready to start a press campaign in my support.
By next week, my newspaper open letters will start to come with those associations and more seals and they will start lobbing with the president and
other political parties to correct this situation, where a whole Estate government is put in to action to help the drug runners.

This is not political, it is real and they know it and may become a Presidential Issue, because the PAN candidate is proposing to give life in prison
to any politician who help the organized crime and she may have to start with one of her own party, the Baja South governor and Estate District
attorney
