KUDOS to Diane for her perception about what we all share.

Regardless of how often we come, whether we're full-timers, surfers, explorers, locals, old farts, real estate agents, or whatever, these pictures and the people who shoot them have the same things in common.

The acceleration of the heart rate when you cross the border, the joy in the unexpectedly beautiful, the anticipation sometimes dread of the trip.

It's all here.

Experience enables you to recognize a mistake every time you repeat it.

Some of my favorite photos through the windshield...

...actually, four of my favorites JUST FROM PICTURES TAKEN TODAY!
Always glad when I take my camera on Sunday drives. I set the Nikon D40 to SPORTS mode and shoot away, sometimes hundreds of pictures a day. Most of the pictures don't turn out, but enough do to make a whole collection. This is a fun topic. Thank you all for sharing...

Well, four favorites through the WINDSHIELD. If side windows are allowed, then I must include my most favorite one of today's batch:

LOVE all the new photos posted---shooting through the windshield is fun.

New one we took on the way down this week.

Sure glad to find out we are not the only ones who shoot through the windshield.:lol:

Thanks and look forward to even more --- Dana, loved your comments.

Wow Sunshine,
I assume the windshield got worse during the drive out of Agua Verde. Was there anything left?

Stretching the definition of windshield with a photo from a trip with friends - taken by a friend leaving the East Cape enroute to the Great North.
