surfdoc, thanx for the offer, don't think there is anything at the moment! It will be great to meet you as well! We should get in sometime after
supper on Sat, look for the big 3/4 ton diesel truck! This time of year is very windy in Asuncion, as long as our house is standing it is all good!
Leaving in 11 hours, will try to do a proper trip report along the way! 30 some long hours ahead yet just to get to National City CA, but once we are
on the road I don't care!
Bob, very excited to be "waked-up" at the moment, just wish work wasn't getting in the way of our leaving!

Bajagypsy,
We've been reading along with your post, having the same number of sleeps left until we get to "go home" too. My brain woke me up at 4:30 am, all
excited to get on the road today, only someone forgot to tell my brain that I have a long day of work ahead of me first before I can go. There was no
way I could go back to sleep with baja dancing in my head. We'll be pulling into Bahia on Saturday.
I'll never complain about how long it takes us to get to the border again, by the way. You guys take care, drive safely and have a fantastic trip.

Paulina, my brain woke me up very early as well. Very hard not to say "screw it" and just leave, work wouldn't be to mad would it?
have a safe trip as well, and have a wonderful time in your "real home"
How long with you be in Bahia? We may be making a trip there and would love to meet you!

Really looking forward to your trip reports (hopefully, daily).

The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.
