Good luck. May your family be reunited and whole soonest!
The marine radio idea is great. How about the message in multiple languages, Spanish and English.

I just told my mom to do the speaker radio too.
So, i found out the boat radio thing was only to some friends. They tried channel 22 today. My mom cant find any cruisers net in san jose, like there
is in most ports. She is wondering if any of you might know what time and channel runs one? They dont have SSB. Only VHF. Any other suggestions?
We are sending emails to friends in other ports so the news can travel up and down the coast and boaters can watch the beaches. Ruby has spent the
last year and a half on the sea so i would expect her to stay coastal, hopefully smelling the water. Local friends and their teenagers have posted her
on their facebook too.
Thanks for all you help and outreach. It is making me really feel supported and feel like i am doing all i can. I want to take you all out for
margaritas when i come back to cabo soon!!!

Thank you. It is the worst part!!! Im just hoping she os woth someone. If shes out in the desert, only God knows. That's who I'm trusting. My thoughts
go to the worst but I'm praying for the best.
I just don't know how far she could have made it by now so spreading the word as far as possible is what we need.

All our well wishes came true and this is such a happy post - RUBY IS HOME SAFE!!!! She was found on Friday morning by a woman after she was almost
hit by a car. The woman said she was so scared so she just kept her for a while. She saw the flyers this morning at walmart.
We are so blessed! Thank you all so much! My parents and i are so thankful to you all for your support and suggestions.

Nice way to start off the day!
Congratulations!
Now that you/we all learned a lesson, the easy way, here is what I have done with my dog when we go to Mexico.
I have a special Mexico collar that he has on when in Mexico. It contatins not only his nomal USA ID, but a tag I hade made up in Spanish with where
he lives, the best Mexican phone # and also "GRANDE RECOMPENSA"
with his name on the tag. Naturally he is chipped but do not hold much hope that the chip would get us back togehter.

Excellent news. I couldn't be more happy. Maybe I'll go to Sharky's in a while and celebrate.
OK....forget the "maybe" part. SALUD
By the way....was that a reward poster that got results?
