I just bought another set of these tires for my son's truck...
You can't beat these tires for the money!

Does anyone following this thread have any personal input about using these tires in winter conditions?
It would be great to find a tire that does well in the warmer 'Sierra cement' that we get in California and get a reasonable grip on
colder, icy roads!
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

I've used them extensively in the snow/ice and they do quite well. When new, they actually have a deeper tread than most other brand tires for
equivalent sizes. No complaints here...

Mud traction
Today, I selected front and rear locking differentials and walked up a steep, mud covered hill to test the air lines ofy lockers. The Jeep walked and
did not slide one bit! These tires hooked up! High traction, low noise.

Very glad you got a good set of tires that work in sand and mud... Hopefully, they are quiet on the highway (or at least not any noisier than your
Jeep)!

These tires are very tolerable after running mud terrain tires on my Jeep, plus they work off road.

Cut sidewall on Mission Santa Maria "Mission Impossible" trail. Holds air as tire and Jeep pull double duty as trail rig and daily commuter!

The sidewalls held up fine during this difficult section of THE BAD HILL. Going down is more stressful than going up!

I am so glad Matomà was fun for you guys and nobody apparently needed a pull to clear the boulders?! Did someone do spotting detail?

Victor took the most difficult line through the last rock garden of Matomi Wash. His Jeep perfectly high centered atop said rock. Rich T. was the
spotter on most of the trails.

Update: the sidewall cut is really minor. The tire is holding air without issues.
