Of course we do, the Kardashian family is always at the forefront. Americans have their priorities straight, no need to worry.

That wasn't meant as "wanting to start a discussion on firearms". As I said, I mentioned nothing about firearms, those are your words. And perhaps you
should be calling out the poster that was in response to, who just had to make a comment about "disrespect", referring to kneeling in front of the
flag.
And FYI, some of those mass killings had nothing to do with firearms- there were knife killings, too.

So sad that we have this many children destroying this post.
US looking like the better team against England. Much better chances.
Still, 0-0.

That was a quote from surabi not me.
Hook,
Mexico’s athletes represent their country. I think all athletes chosen to represent a country should do so at the expense of their personal views.
If in good conscience they can’t do that they should decline the spot.

Oops, lost track of who was quoting who in your most recent catfight with surabi. Carry on. Got some popcorn in the microwave.
At least it was a riveting 0-0 tie for the USA. This sport is mind numbingly boring. 90 minutes of my life I will never get back.

John,
Yes, the world championship shouldn’t be decided by penalty kicks. That would be like the world series being decided by a home run derby.

Good analogy!
And that would suck, bigtime.
I believe the US must win against Iran, or we don't make it out of the group stage.

Nothing but ones, and zeros. I think I prefer sports with analog scores rather than the digital results we have been serving up!

We've scored as many total goals as the host country, who has a team in the World Cup only because they are the host.
Does the most overrated team get the stale Budweiser that wasn't sold in Qatar?

Only in soccer can they come up with an entire article about missed goals by the USA yesterday and try to sell it as interesting.
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2022/11/25/sports/world-...
What's next, a riveting expose on all of Shaq's missed free throws, Michael Jordan's strike outs? Missed field goals in the Super Bowl? DNF's in the
Baja 1000?
Give me a break.

Have you ever watched American football? Games last 3.5 hours, and the ball is in play about 12 minutes of that time. The duration of instant
replays is longer than the actual ball in play. The duration of commercial breaks far outnumbers the supposed 60 minutes of games time. 60 minutes?
It’s about 12 minutes of ball in play! American Football is all about watching commercials and watching players stand around in huddles, and stand
around waiting to play. American football, most boring sport in the world.
Woke!

will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

I'd agree with that, Goat. They play for a few seconds or a minute and then stop. Super tedious to watch, akin to watching paint dry. Mostly an excuse
to sit around drinking beer and ogling the cheerleaders.

At least in American football, a draw is a rare event, and rules designed to avoid them. And, no one celebrates a tie in American football, nor any
other sport I can think of.

Baseball is more akin to watching paint dry, but when's the last time there was a tie in Major League Baseball? Or, a clock for that matter?
As far as ogling cheerleaders, what kind of male bashing comment is that?

Good game for sure, mucho mas mejor que futbol Copa del Mundo.
Both teams were aggressive, someone had to lose.
Isn't a win, or even a loss, so much better than a draw? Victory or Death!
