I'm 62..and felt 50 until last week when my annual blood tests tested very abnormal. Now I'm in big trouble and feel 90..

All right, so I'm half way through the 60's, but I'm always shocked and surprised to find I'm not 24...actually, I think it's better to tell people I'm older than I am, so they'll say "wow, I can't believe it, you are in great shape for 70"!

Now, all of us are really one year older than we think---maybe.

A good friend always likes to point out that when one turns a certain age, like 50, they really are beginning their 51st year and in some cultures would be considered 51, not 50. :lol::lol:
