77 last March, however since only growing old is mandatory, I still refuse to grow up!

OK.... I have to admit, when I read the title of this thread, I thought it was going to be a "I'm so old, I remember when Baja was _____________!" (Fill in the blank... Not paved, remote, not a tourist destination, a good surf get-away, a racers paradise, safe, etc....)

63 and wanting to retire but the company won't let me. They keep begging for 6 more months, one more year, blah blah blah. OK I do love what I do and who I work for. Pay is good and benefits are great and they let me come and go as I please, so why not stay a little longer. But I really would like to be on a Baja beach with a fishing rod in one hand and a cold one in another.
