Well, let's see, Ramuna probably planted the turtle soup in Olivia's restaurant, so how did he get this 15 year old to claim sexual harrasment, right
after he sent the military on a wild goose chase to find the drugs that were being offloaded.

Anyone can make up stories about another person and spend their life trying to ruin their reputation...of course it takes a very unique type of
individual who has no morals, no shame, and no conscience to behave in such a way....
So just going on truisms and not fabrications, please explain away investigation PGR/DDF/SPE/255/0601 against Rafael Muñoz Martinez for the crime of
forgery and use of false documents in regards to Playa Buenaventura.
Please explain your admitted (on this board) partnership with Juan Ernesto Corona Flores of Tijuana, a person named in the USA Kingpin Act.
Please explain your involvement in similar unscrupulous tactics with regards to other BCS and BC properties i.e.. Playa Perla, Playa Armenta, Hotel
Pelicanos, Castillos del Mar, etc. etc.

The Federal police did it for me on official documents, they investigated and found your accusation groundless and I can show it with documents, not
with just words like you do. I WAS FOUND INOCENT OF ANY CRIME AND YOUR ACCUSATIONS WERE PROVER FALSE BY THE FEDERAL POLICE.
That investigation was based on your accusation, it was investigated, the Federal Police asked the Secretaria de la Reforma Agraria about my title and
they sent from official files, my title and my whole National Land file, then the Federal Police formally asked you if you were able to provide even a
simple legal document proving your accusation and you failed to provide any legal proof; then the accusation was declared groundless and sent to dead
file forever; I can ask you if you have tried to re open it by offering any but any legal proof of your false words?????.
But please answer my questions about your on the going investigations and your convictions???????????
Your partner in life and crime Nark is being prosecuted for sexual assault against a 15 year old girl, yes or no???????

Sorry, but Juan Ernesto Corona Flores, was only a person I helped to protect his property the same I keep doing to other people and through that help,
he was able to keep his property Castillos del Mar against Hugo Torres Chavert and Ejido Mazatlan.
About his business, he was a very well respected Hotel owner and he inistiated his career as businespeople on the liquor store business, his brother
was Tjuana Comerce chamber president and he died while playing fotball, not as your two borthers who died in Mexically by the gangsters bullets.

Playa La Perla, Playa La Armenta are inside my property and was paid to the Federal Governmet by me and are part of my title, the one you know because

Castillos del Mar was Juan Ernesto Corona Flores property since 1974 and I know because Playa Encantada was my property and it is beside it.

Just ask yourself if one person 1000 miles away, can plant turtle soup on La Vaquera hands, because she was caught with the turtle soup on her hands
trying to dump it on her restaurant backside.
If she is innocent, how come she was convicted for that crime??? how can you motivate the Marines, the Federal Police and the fisheries department to
act together and catch Olivia with 2 dead animals turned in to soup in her restaurant???
Just see on that thread that Nark himself told Nomads that she was serving the turtle soup to an Ensenada couple and that mean they knew they were
committing a federal crime.
They were caught with the turtle soup, but the drug conviction was avoided and the 3 Federal corporations were after the drugs not the turtle soup;
they knew that Olivia had the drugs because they saw it.
Now, some are saying, as I said before hand, that I convinced a 15 year old virgin, to go to Baja form central Mexico on vacation to Buenaventura with
her mother and get sexually attacked by Nark on their own trailer while taking a bath on their own bath. Who let them stay, who let them enter their
bathroom??????
Do you really think they are that stupid or just seasoned criminals???? what explanation is more believable???????
I show documents, proving she was convicted for the turtle soup and some still say that I just don’t show any proof.

Now with the news.
The victim 15 year old girl's attorney, just returned to Baja with more proof to add to the case against Nark as a sexual predator.
This guy is a really dedicated attorney, he watches every legal detail and he will close the trapp slow but surely.
I like this guy and if I can, I will add him to my legal department, but he seem to be too inmersed in the political campaign.

Looks like Latina and Burby finally accepted their criminal condition.
I hope This thread will prevent another crime like the one just commited bu Mark Jerome Burbey against a 15 year old girl.
We will continue to press like we did on the turtle soup crime untill he is convicted for that crime; that is the only thing we can do to protect
other people from suffering the same experience and hope the judge put him away for some time.

"Mark and Olivia - Playa Buenaventura" the thread says...okay, here they are:
April 26th, 2012...just a few days ago.
Some happy patrons greeting Mark & Olivia.
Cafe report: We stopped rather late for a cool one only and no food as the cook was off for the day by that time.
A couple days before this visit, a few of us had some great mushroom cheeseburgers con fritos/fries, plus zesty bowls of ceviche Olivia made for us.
The ceviche was pescado, no tortuga! 
The view of the beach next door at the hotel looks pleasant enough, also, but did not get any closer views.
I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me.
