Too bad you all don't come on down and see this situation first hand and meet the people who are dealing with the public every day. If Rafael actually operated a business on Bahia Concepcion then we could compare. However his hotel is closed, empty, and a long way from having clients once again stay there.

Someone had someone else take their anger out on me for my gifs in here instead of taking it out on me themselves, which consequently put my family in danger. So screw you, them and everyone else! There is no forgiveness. I will never be the same Elinvestig8r as before with anyone again, EVER! The people who attacked me over on the other side of Baja Nomad are going to eventually pay for their crime! So if you see me in Baja or elsewhere do not approach me. Just leave me the "F" alone and I will do the same for you!! Other than that "Have a Nice Day!"

It has nothing to do what's going on in here! The H. Naval Officer knows why! He is definitely on my radar!

You make us a favor not putting us on your group, honesty in this side is something is a must and you cannot even pronounce it, so it is clear you belong with the people who defend a Nark child molester without ever listening to reason.

Yes an artist is someone who you must admire, but nobody said artist are perfect, just ask Michelangelo or Leonardo Davinci. Some can admire his art, but we can tell the kind of people David K is and we can clearly say he is not a honest people and at least not a reasonable one.
Also dont worry, we are not asking to belong to your chiken s..... club.

Just to remember what we are showing here.

This is a real life story, happening on real time in Sout Baja California.

Here you can see what would happen to anybody who owns land, anybody who don’t like drugs or the people selling them.

We are showing with real proof the corruption that permeates the Mexican authorities and how political changes affect that corruption.
Also, we try to show that there is hope and that corruption is on the way down and we are living proof that it can happen.

30 years ago, I would have just disappeared, my employees jailed forever with no chance of going out but clearly that is not what happened.

Yes, they invented charges on me and tried to jail me, but since I knew how to defend myself, they were unable to make me disappear or even jail me.

We just witnessed the overlooking of the Federal authorities over corrupt estate authorities and even when they belong to the same political party, they put a stop on the corruption and I believe they will prosecute the perpetrators even if they are the Estate Police chief and the Estate District attorney.

Proof of that is the Betty my manager and Alan my security chief are free today without even a single criminal charge. Also that I am free and able to show that everything they threw at me was fabricated and innocent of any charge.

We have to this point been unable to put the drug declare and turtle soup seller, Olivia Higuera Aguilar behind bars but she has two convictions already and 10 on the going, she have been able to buy her way out all this time, but she have not been able to be declared innocent, the sword is over her head and money is only keeping the sword hanging without dropping, but money runs out and look also.
Also I have to thank the lowest level policeman in South Baja, who did not want to obey the illegal orders issued by the top police ranks to just disappear me. On several occasions, when the policeman were doing something we all knew they should not be doing, they did it but offered excuses and clearly didn’t want to obey the Estate Police Chief; I know they did it out of fear only and I don’t hold any bitterness on them. I thank them because , they made impossible that the top police ranks made their illegal wishes come to reality and doing that, they show a difference with the old Mexico.

They also showed me that there is a lot to do in Mexico on the human rights arena, mostly on the way the estate accomplish his function of keeping people out of society’s way when they do an illegal act.
The Estate, have to offer the service of keeping man who committed a crime segregated for a period of time, but it has to do it safeguarding the criminal human rights and in Baja they are not doing that, they are putting 36 people in a cell made for 6 people and I mean a cell that cannot humanly hold 6 people.
Also, judges, are not putting their soul on what they are doing, it is not humane to put in jail for 2 years a guy who supposedly stole 3 pants and at the end is shown that the pants belonged to his sister. Who pay for that safekeeping???? Society of course, not them.

I am writing this because there have been enough threats against Olivia and me by Rafael Munoz Martinez. I will like to make the statement that if anything happens harming Olivia or Mark Burbey, Rafael Munoz Martinez is to be the suspect. Rafael Munoz Martinez has little or no respect for the law and is willing to do anything to get what he wants at anyone’s expense. I believe this is made perfectly clear here by his own actions and statements on the Baja Nomad and in other publications. For me I’m happy with his declarations boasting how good he is. Before I would tell others on the weirdness of this man and how he does things against us, but it was hard for others to believe. I hope now others can see and read for themselves what a delusional monster he really is.

I suppose there should be something in writing about sexual charges that were filed against me. On the first part of April sexual assault charges were filed against me by a women from Puebla, Mexico.
Before these woman and baby came to Buenaventura, Olivia and I went to Mulege and we were approached by a man from Mulege telling us that two women and a baby had said they took a bus to Mulege from mainland Mexico and they needed to go to Buenaventura. They needed to find out where Buenaventura was and they needed a taxi to get there. Later when we returned to Buenaventura a taxi came here with two women and a baby. They wanted accommodations but said they did not have much money. I told them about a neighboring beach and told them we could drive them to another beach with better camp sites. They flatly refused and declared they wanted to stay here. They made camp in our trailer and we treated them with kindness. The young girl who called herself Paola was usually dressed in a string bikini. She had many piercing on her face and body including her tongue and belly button. She was infatuated with my son and told him she was really 19. She and my son hung out with each other with her so called mother’s approval. They would openly kiss each other and each had hicky’s on their necks. Mother and daughter were here for a few days. The mother complained that the shower was too cold for the baby and they needed hot water. Olivia and I took them to our house and let them use our shower. The mother and daughter used our shower by themselves every day. We even held the baby while they showered in our house. The baby was very nice and never cried. When they left and said goodbye we wished them the best.
Two days later Olivia was given a notice for me to appear in Santa Rosalia. We were confused about the order, but went the next morning. It was there that I was informed that I was accused of a sexual assault on this girl called Paola. It was a shocking moment to be told something of this especially when you are innocent. We were told the women and child went to Mulege and were told it was not believed. They then went to Santa Rosalia and were told they were not believed in their story. The two women then went to Human Rights and Santa Rosalia was instructed to take the complaint. I was told I should have and attorney and I declined saying I will give testimony without and now. I did this.
These women gave false testimony and I’m now on the hook for sexual Charge in Mexico. Hmmm who would do something like this? The women/girl claimed she was a virgin but the report declared that no way was she a virgin and had been sexually active for some time. The mother claimed she knew no one in the area , but when one of Munoz’s attorneys came in the Ministero Publico she said he was her compadre. The women were friends with a Munoz attorney from Cabo. How convenient. Also they had birth certificate's in hand with four copies each. These women were sent all the way from Puebla, Mexico by bus just to come to Buenaventura. Not too many do that. The only person who would do something like this would be Rafael Munoz Martinez.

Facebook daughter: Karenciita Poketziita Mvs

Facebook mother is: Diana Olivia Lopez Sanraymon

A few days after the sexual charges Rafael Munoz Martinez in Mexico City knew all the details even though nothing had been published. He wrote the following on April 11, 2012. He is simply amazing!

Nomads

Also, I just received some very disturbing news that confirms what I have been saying all along.

When the people in charge of giving justice, sell themselves to the criminals, the criminals are able to act without fear of being prosecuted and they start to escalate on their crimes, based on the knowledge that they are paying the police and they can commit any crime; that start a slide down fall where the crimes committed by the criminal become bolder and bolder because now the police have to protect him against everything; they have became partners in crime, no longer criminal and police, they are a unity now and the criminal believe that he can perpetrate any crime while he believe the police is obligated by his money to protect him from prosecution.

This is happening to La Vaquera and Nark.
On my return from vacation I was informed that during the long weekend, Mark Jerome Burbey alias Nark, sexually attacked a 15 year old girl from central Mexico on vacation in Baja and who rented a room from Olivia and Nark.

It was confirmed by the Mulege Police and they informed me that he is being prosecuted, but the Estate District attorney sent one of his personal advisers to try to discredit the victim, but was unable because she had hired some Los Cabos attorney, who was a past district attorney.

National Press is waiting for the details, but to protect the victim, she was moved to La Paz on her mother and father in law protective custody.

Also in the waiting is a woman public manifestation against the illegal and cynical protection the Estate District attorney is providing to the child molester and attacker Mark Jerome Burbey, now a proved SEXUAL PREDATOR.

Forensic studies demonstrated that the child was sexually molested and she identified Mark Jerome Burbey as the attacker and Maria Olivia Higuera Aguilar La Vaquera as the helping hand.

The police tried to apprehend Mark Jerome Burbey as soon as the child sexual molestation was demonstrated, but the Estate District attorney prevented them from apprehend him as the law obligue.

This Munoz has no scruples and will do anything to anyone who gets in his way. I am mystified why he keeps trying because he really has nothing except a handful of fake papers he made up. Munoz’s history in Baja north is full of him trying to take Ejido properties with false papers. For some reason he felt he could do this here. He will never get Buenaventura or the other beaches here as there has been too much evidence publicly against him. He has nothing, but insists he is right. We will not leave either. Terrorist tactics will not work with us. If Munoz was intelligent he would just quietly move on to another scam job. I am happy he has to spend money on his bluff. His so called PEOPLE who work for him were put in jail by him, not me. He set them up in this situation with promises of a life like they had never known. Rafael Munoz Martinez is responsible for everyone of his PEOPLE being put in jail and he is responsible for himself(number 36) being there also. It is nice to see Karma work.
If some of these Munoz persons are released on a bond or amparo we really don’t care. We will just like them to go away. We are not aggressors to them. Hopefully they go away with some of that triple pay from Munoz they made while in jail.
Creepy human Rafael Munoz Martiez should be in jail for using these women and maybe the women should be also.
P.S. Munoz ….pay your help, pay the stores and others you owe money to. You might have more credibility here in Baja.

Thank you for finally publishing what happened (the facts), Mark!

Nomads, to hear Mark and Olivia in person you can tell they are honest and sincere. Munoz has been making such far-out stories here to harass these people off their property, to add to his acquisitions. He (Rafael) is USING YOU Nomads, who fall for his lies...

Continuing to allow the posts of R53 is merely supporting and contributing to his hideous criminal actions.
