From south to north, Greg travels the canyon, tastes the bad water, sees the mission site, then across to the gold ore mill, and finally the fish camp... all named Calamajué:

Of interest, this canyon road with the year-round stream, was the main 'highway' south from San Felipe until 1983 when the government finished the graded road from Laguna Chapala to where Coco would build his corner.
