Road blocked next to Hotel Riveria in Ensenada?

Baja 1,000 is a month away. Why is the road blocked? Dozen out houses.

Nov 2 is dia de muertos. To far away for street closures today. Policia have a check point near Paris de Noche. They seem to looking for illegals. Mexican people are waved through.

My hopefully singular experience of a similar traffic related, never to be repeated, through Ensenada, occurred in the middle of Feb.

I will avoid those couple of weeks from here on for my annual gray whale passion, with eternal gratitude to Shari and her recently departed partner in gray whale passion.

After fifty years of loving Baja, this last decade has served to reinforce my passion.

Shari, you have been providing an unending resource in my later years, and why I am up to sharing your whale magic with whoever I can.

Any day trip, is much appreciated, when I am able to make it down to GN.
