As always, very impressive work David.

In that pre-Google Earth and social media epoch, The Code was adhered to. It was based on a simple verity: if a locale had been transformational for you, and you had put the hard yards in to get there and to learn it, to know it, why in gods name would you broadcast the news, thus ruining the future experience not only for yourself, but for future adventurers?

Thank you. These are just some of the items I have at www.vivabaja.com There are also lots of photos from the past 140 years and links to other Baja sites.
I am always thinking of how to make this data more accessible to my amigos and viewers.

Baja California is an amazing place for adventure! David is right his VivaBaja site has great resources - maps, articles and photos that really help with planning. It’s also worth chatting with other travelers because their experiences can be super valuable. There’s nothing better than discovering this beautiful region together :D !

Thanks, David! I've read everything you've written about Baja, and I've enjoyed every bit of it! Your posted resource material is invaluable to us Baja travelers!

BTW, I am not a new member. I had to reregister after being unable to get into my old account (Bajadrifter).
