Registration and password reset emails unreliable for a few days. fyi.

We’re in the middle of a server migration. The forum is available, but password reset, registration confirmation, and notification emails may be unreliable for a few days, especially for Yahoo/AOL addresses. If you need help with account access, please contact the admin directly.

As it should!

The server migration also changed the datacenter location - and it takes time for outgoing email off the system to again gain legitimacy in order to be received by intended recipients (especially at Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc).

Also working through ways of implementing another forum software platform to switch this site to - and avoid a forced password reset for everyone.

Looks like the system's emails are now settling-in and the new IP address is gaining legitimacy so that emails for password reset, new member confirmation, etc are all now working somewhat well.

IP change was forced with datacenter switch (to Phoenix).

I appreciate the effort you put into this website; it is the only one I give a crap about!

Which might actually not be a bad thing, outside of a bit of added work for you for folks who've lost their signup email, etc.

Most can figure out how to reset via email address... so probably not that much more work for me. It's just trying to avoid that slight annoyance if/where possible. Not a deal-breaker I'm thinking, but nice attention to detail if it can be done.
