Launch Ramp in Muertos Bay Area?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's been a year since I've been to Muertos Bay/Las Arenas (now Bahia De Los Suenos-what a joke!). I'm wondering if there is a boat launch ramp anywhere in the area or up in El Sargento. I saw they built a Giggeling Marlin by the old pier in Muertos, but was wondering if anyone has been smart enough to build a boat launch ramp yet? I really don't want to beach launch my boat with my new Excursion-it really screws stuff up.
Any insight on what's happening down there or a ramp nearby?

This is not Point Loma in San Diego.

Take note this doesn't seem like Mexico, but the boat ramp at pichilinge is a new and very nice ramp. They most of the time have someone there checking for boat papers, life jackets, etc
