Acad Anarch

I assume, Robert, that you're all unpacked. So how goes the job? I hope a minimal number of colleagues will make you want to strangle them.

And I trust you're going to resist the temptation to become one of the Beltway Boys.

Dear Lee. Moving is an adventure, but I have my apartment pretty much set up. I am taking Metro, so I am avoinding the Beltway. But I actually live well inside the beltway in Maryland, and in fact am a block away from the DC border. My new colleagues are nice, and have bent over backwards to be helpful. I believe that they will all be very easy to work with, and I have flexibility in my schedule.

I visited the National Museum of the American Indian on Sunday, one of the Smithsonian units and the newest museum on the mall, and was disappointed. However, I did get some shots of the area, including this one of the national phallic symbol.

Thread

This thread began when Bajalera asked me how things are going in DC. It was appropriate to post a DC picture.

If you wanna get picky, Brews Leach, what I should have used was a U2U to Robert, but my U2U wasn't working.

Nice phallic symbols from both places--thanks!
