Surfishing cabo

With the so so conditions of fishing offshore in the Cabo area I decided to go extra heavy with the shore fishing gear. I hope the conditions improve because I would like to get my son his first marlin, tuna or dorado. 2 years agao my dad and I both got a marlin on the same day very special. I would like to do that with my son. It would of been great if all 3 of us could do that but the conditions right now don't look so good.
However some of my best days of fishing have been from the shore so we will be happy with that. I'll bring 2 bottle openers in case I go through the first one waiting for a bite.
