Two or Three Lots in Fideicomiso
Does anyone know if lots in several different subdivisions can be combined into one Fideicomiso? If so, is the costs different than just one lot?

you can fuse your lots into 1 trusts if they are adjacent to each other but if the total area is over 2000 mts you forign investment will be through
the roof

yes you can do it like dono says but I think you will find it more trouble than you want to go through. but you state that they are in deferent
subdivisions so for that the answer would be a definite no. like dono said they must be connected and Les than 2000 mtrs total.

Dono, haven't seen you on the board much. After the PROFEPA raid in LB the realtors went into hiding (what should they have known about the ZM?).
This would be a very bad time for you to give professional realty advise on this board.

Bruce, LB is Los Barriles, sorry. You should know ZM stands for "Zona Maritima"

LB is Los Barriles. ZM is the Maritme Zona. PROFEPA did a sweep through the area issueing citations to many gringos who were not in compliance with
existing rules.
See article, "Goverrnment Agents Sweep Through East Cape" in everyones favorite Baja rag, the Gringo Gazette:

thanks Osprey and Don for the info. I have trouble believing anything in the Gringo Gazette: they print so many things that are ether wrong or are
just plane rumorers.

Luckily carsonrk received some constructive reponses from his question which hopefully overshadowed the one above.
He asked a valid Baja-related question on a Baja Forum. He didn't say that he was planning to bypass an attorney or give any other indication that he
was trying to skrimp on services.
A person has been lucky if they've never been given erroneous real estate information from "expert" Mexican attorneys, notarios, government
officials, or Bank Fideicomiso reps. We've certainly been led astray by experts in each of those categories.
By asking for the experiences of others you can often learn what is possible, not only what is legal in the sometimes murky world of Mexican
property ownership.
It looks like this is carsonrk's 2nd post- Welcome!
And please continue to contribute.

26, look at the other responses here. Do you honestly believe his personal knowledge was furthered due to this post?
Do the guy a real favor, and give him the name of someone you have used, and not been led astray by. They he can get all the good information he
needs to invest with confidence.

Me No, I've already sent him a u2u with a recommendation actually.
I was just hoping to point out that people shouldn't be hesistant to ask Baja-related questions on this forum. If I were carsonrk I probably wouldn't
have come back to this forum if your 1st response had been the only one I'd gotten to my question.
Look how much more constructive your 2nd response is.
