Road Kill

You know we all come across the left overs of road kill on the paved roads in Baja--less often on the meandering dirts roads. Why do I get the idea that some on this board stop and kick the kill just to make sure that it is dead?

I guess the song--"these boots are make for stompin" are just far to ingrained in a few of us.

Anybody that quotes Jimmy Buffet is ok in my book...

One time we stopped for a deer. It was just sitting in the middle of the road panting. No visible injury. I slapped it on the rump and it got up and took off.

Never kicked any dead road kill...leave it to the buzzards, they gotta eat too......

Funny quote Bernie. Will you all now stop kicking me to see if I'm still alive?

Road Kill - there was another just like this one on the opposite side of the road.

Bernie, I know what you are driving at, but I'm not going to go there.

We've had to carefully bypass human "road kill" many times , not a pleasant thing. Something I'll never forget.

Driving by a dead horse on fire. That has to be the second worst "road kill" we've ever experienced.

Road kill is an unfortunate reality of life...Why bring it up?

It just makes me think, "Euuuw."

You are better than that.

P.

Roadkill or unkilled?

Methinks Bernie has another subject on his mind. Yes Bernie, it's obvious some are more playful than others but they get run over eventually. ;D;):biggrin:
