How do you know when your love for Baja is out of control?

1) You travel from Seattle at least 3 times per year (weekends, weeks, or months on end)...whatever you can swing! (trains, planes and automobiles) done it all!

2) When you can't get there you read, OR watch El Camote videos over and over . (or listen to El Camote "selections" on audio tape).....the kid wore out the tape WHAT NOW?

Or Go to David's site to look at the pictures of all of the wonderful trips that I was part of and others that I was not.

3) You unpack only to wash and repack the same bag. (bag is never empty!)

4) You are packed and ready to go and the bottom falls out of your plans.....serious depression sets in....tears get the better of you.....

It's a beautiful day here, has been for several days but all I've been able to think about is that I can't go to the Festival or snorkeling after further south....sheese! I'm a spoiled rotten brat!

Everyone, have a wonderful Festival.....sorry I can't meet all of you that I'd hoped to. :(

Maybe it's when you post with subject headers like:

How do you know when your love for Baja is out of control?

but I could be wrong.

As soon as you get home from your trip you are planing the next one. You have a Baja screen saver on computer. Your family members laugh and say (Down in Baja) everytime you bring up the subject. You know life is better there and just the thought of it brings you a warm feeling. :) Sometimes the thought of living there is scary because the the bubble might bust! :O Anticipating the next visit is half the fun. :bounce: You have something always to look forward to. You always think of ways to avoid getting the Baja belly bug. :barf: And you will put up with the nonsense on the board just to hear what others have to say and what they have experienced on their trips.

Debra, this board is what it is because of Baja fanatics. If it wasn't for people like you, this board would be dull and uninteresting like most of the other baja forums. Don't you dare delete this thread!
