Helping the Mexicans

For the really stupid, it's not about throwing your money at them, buying mass quantities of beer at the depositos, or giving them donations.
It's about teaching them a trade so they don't have to be maids and gardeners for the P-nche gringos.:light:
But I don't expect the idiots on here to understand thoughts like this, they are too busy taking polls, drumming up support, and kissing each others katooties!:light:
Pathetic, still!

And that what it is all about.
You wanna destroy this board as you don't love nobody - not even yourself.
You are using the board as entertainment instead of TV - mixing up the board - creating controversy - attacking newbees - attacking each and everybody not living in Baja - making big mess !

Hopefully Doug will wake up soon!
Saving the board means banning you!

To live in Rosarito and complain about the Gringos, is like moving next to an airport and then complaining about the noise !

I don't have any responsibility to teach anyone a trade. In Mexico, that's the responsibility of their educational system, such as it is. They become gardeners of their own volition. They have choices and responsibilities. If they fail to take advantage of opportunity, it is their failure.

While on the subject of gardners, I am reminded of something I read long ago. When I was young in the U.S., all of our gardeners were Oriental, usually Japanese. One dramatic difference was that you Never saw their children working with them past a tender age. The job of their offspring was to study hard in order to have a better career than their parents. Since the majority of the gardeners today are Latino, you see them working with their children up through their teens teaching them to become second-generation gardeners. Even Latino writers in U.S. newspapers have decried the lack of emphasis Latino parents place on higher education for their children.

Now, take note how many insults are in it... If that is how jr starts a 'good thread' we may never have peace in our time!
