Pariaso Del Mar-La Paz

The headlines in the La Paz newspapers" Arranca Pariaso Del Mar", I guess that means the project has started, They claim to have presold 350 properties, Have the stamp of approval of the Audubon Society, and they claim to be building a desalienation Plant. They don't mention sewer. Now don't you think they have this planned out well, with thier Ferry to take the golf carts to La Paz for dinner and drinks. I'm sure they have considered the fact that La Paz has Hurricanes and the water surge at that time is 6-8 feet, and being 90% surrounded by water will be interesting, without power and no ferry operating they better have thier Licour cabinet well stocked. My 2 centovos

If it all really happens La Paz is on its way to being another Cabo. I think that the new Applebys being built now is probably in aticipation of all those people across on the magote.
