Testing the sizing of some pictures of "Baja Chickens" in my yard the other morning.

Good work Pompano.

The program I use is simple enough even for me -

Name - ReducePhotoSize - a really small (394kb) program free from jdmcox.com

One reason I like it is that it puts the reduced phot in the same folder with a x after the name. It has 3 sizes 640x480, 320x240 and 160x120. Just select which you want then next screen adjust jpeg to what you have to have.

(I have several of these other programs but this one is really simple)

:o

Zoe...these are Alaskan native Americans...a subtribe of Innuits..they are celebrating the festival of the returning salmon in the spring/summer. The major salmon here was the sockeye. (Or... maybe they just all came out to applaud my fishing expertise!!)

Bajalou...I think that's one of the same ones I have on my laptop. Thanks to Hugo at Mulege Moon ...great computer guru.
