Blackman goes to PV aka Cow Town

I know this link is not in Baja, but Yale, AKA, the Proressor; the owner of this 26ft Blackman Billfisher, has fished Baja extensively and just pulled off one heck of a trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Check it out on this link to the Blackman Owners Members Board. Hats off to an adventurer and one heck of a fisherman!

Thanks for the link, Jorge.

Great read.

Wonder what's wrong with his PSD? Do you know if it's the 6.0 or the 7.3?

Yep, Blackmans are fine boats and that is a great owners group.
They all fish Baja in season and share info politely.

Can't wait to get mine setup in Loreto, a short flight away and Mag Bay so close.

And as the owner of several 7.3 powerstrokes I am betting on the 6.0 too.

The PSD 99-03 are pretty bulletproof.
However, for every two ford powerstroke trucks one buys Ford should give you a free transmission in the crate in the bed of one. They suck and 50 percent of them will go bad sooner before later!
