We extend a warm welcome to all readers of this Summary of Team Cabo Magic Sportfishing.
Amigos who are ?regular? readers of our weekly summary may know a few things about us.
To new amigos we would like you to know some important distinctions.
Tommy Garcia has Mexican blood from his father, Tomas Garcia, who played professional soccer in Los Mochis, Sinaloa on mainland Mexico.
We are the proud owners of two Team Boats. Both are Bertrams. 35? ?CABO MAGIC? is our flagship and 31? ?CABO MAGIC Dos? which we added in July 2005.
Other boats are offered for charter as we partner with owners who maintain their boats, tackle and gear according to the standards we set for our own.
Some are locally owned by Mexican Nationals whom we have provided an avenue to successfully compete with foreigners in their own country and in their
own port. They don?t have websites, they don?t have International Tollfree Telephone numbers, they don?t have air conditioned offices. They don?t
speak great English, tho they sure try hard!
All have tremendous pride in what they do have.
Some of them are captain of the boat with a son as their deckhand.
Some are third generation captains.
All these guys work hard and have amazing, incredible stories about their ?Good old days?
When we started our first Cabo San Lucas business in 1993 you could charter a panga or a 28? or a 31? from the ?Marina Principale?.
Back then these guys had a real hard time getting parts for their boats, as well as new tackle. Few could even afford it when it could be purchased
locally.
Lots of things have changed, and definitely for the best!

Some people select a boat to charter like some may pick a horse at the racetrack ~ ~ By the name, or, by a beautiful horse, or perhaps by the
color of the silks the jockey is wearing! Some make their decision by careful evaluation.
Whatever it is that will help you make your decision, we look forward to assisting you in your arrangements to fish on one of our fine team boats.
Our systems of reservations and confirmation definitely work ? That explains why others imitate our verbage, our systems and designs. We have been
setting new standards here since 1999.
