The first house, asking $40K has partial views from the front of the house, (kitchen & livingroom windows)also outside of the house on the northern side. The second home, asking $55K has a panaramic view from the deck, however none from the house. both homes are well worth taking a look at.

What are the lease cost per year, are they year to year? You can email check profile.

thanks woody. The home, asking 40K runs off of a 10 year land lease at $300.00 per month, there is also a $50.00 fee per month that includes community maintance, security, trash pick up and water. the home asking $55K has a 5 year land lease at $360.00 per month and that price includes community maintance, 24 hour security and trash pick up, also, there will be a 5% increase on the lease amount in 5 years from now. on either home, any new buyer would have a new lease writen in there name from the land owner for the full amount of years, (not assuming my contract of how many years I have left on the lease). contact me for more info or to see either of these homes, I can show them at anytime. please do not contact me as to find out about about "what is a land lease" or " my wife is a mexican citizen" (so I can own the land) you can only own land that someone is willing to sell to you. there is more to know about these homes that is all good, p.m to me and we I can tell you about it, (unfortunatle I am moving out of the area, thus the reason for selling). thanks for your reading time.
