Doug-----question about the time/ clock----

Right now, my wall clock says it is 8:54 AM. The clock at the top of this post (Nomads Board) says it is 04:53 PM. How come the difference?

Barry,

Because in your profile, you have not created the time offset to indicate what the time is for you locally, and therefore you are looking at GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), which is 7 to 8 hours ahead of Pacific Time (depends on daylight savings time).
