Loreto - San Javier - Comondu - San Isidro - La Purisma - Ciudad Constitution


Can anyone comment on current road conditions for some or all of the following route?

Loreto - San Javier - Comondus - San Isidro - La Purisma - Ciudad Constitution

We will be taveling in a stock 2005 Jeep Wrangler

The only real problem I see is the "make" of vehicle you're driving:lol:

Seriously though, unless there has been some big downpours, you shouldn't have any probs on any of those routes.

San Isidro via La Purisima Via Ciudad Insurgentes


Drove this area week before last...no problems from San Isidro/La Purisima/C. Insurgentes...and I'm sure there is no problems into Constitucion from there. Cannot comment personally on Loreto/Comondu to San Isidro, but know it's used all the times by the locals. Photo is taken looking west as you head into San Ysidro from the top of the grade on the East Road

I drove Loreto/San Javier/Comondu/ La Purisima/Insurgentes/Loreto this summer, and I can't recall ever needing 4-wheel drive. There have been no major storms since. You should have no problem.
