Ok I know Ishould know this but I never cross here. How does one get a visa at the tecate border crossing? is there a bank within walking distance?

As you cross, the immigration office is on the right . (don't go all the way through and down the hill). three or four parking places angled into the building. The bank for paying fees is across the street. Another bank is straight down the hill.
