It's about 30 miles from town on good road, half way to Puertecitos. We drive back and forth to town every day to work, so it's not a bad drive, but
it's a beautiful drive.
Hadn't thought about a year's lease, but could work it out. I need to know when it would start, as I have some pending reservations. It's usually
$80 per night, $500 per week or $700 per month. How many people?
Nicely done, good neighbors and wonderful beach.

Yes it is solar and works fine. Electricity to KM 11, but gaining on us quickly. Will not opt out for an electric bill when it arrives. We have
internet, dish TV and elec. and propane refrigerators and my husband even lets me use my hair dryer.

25 Miles south of SF -- ON the beach -- just sand in front of our place. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants,
community center (3 miles) or SF.
Price depends on when, how long and how many.
