Where is La Jovita?

I Googled La Jovita, looked it up on LBMaps and in all the Baja Books I have and couldn't find a thing. I am thinking it is a new community?

"Mexico's state power company CFE plans to start building a US$400mn combined cycle power generation project in La Jovita, Baja California state, in 2007, a CFE spokesperson told BNamericas.



The project will use liquefied natural gas (LNG) from US firm Sempra Energy's Costa Azul regasification terminal, which is presently under construction and expected to start operations in the third quarter of 2008, the spokesperson said...."

Checked Inegi website and searched and only found one in mainland Mex'

So guess it's a totaly new place.
