Spring Break in Baja?

O.K.,I know this has been discussed already but why are the airfares so high for the end of March thru April? Anyone have an answer or two? I'm trying to get back down there without breaking the bank!! Thanks, Sally

Simply a product of supply and demand. The weather at this time is as near perfect as it gets and folks often have breaks that allows them to travel...

I can vouch for the near perfect weather.
Sally, have you tried Am West through Phoenix...not exactly on the way but sometimes cheaper. Might be a time to use some frequent flyer miles to reduce the price.

America West's price for a Los Cabos round trip has whizzed up to around $600 US temporarily--I don't remember the exact dates--and this is because of Spring Break, the ticket agent told me. Batten down the hatches, Judy!

Aero Mexico had a $300.00 RT fare out of San Diego but maybe not during Spring Break.
