Fideocomiso

Have heard of a holding company or trust in the Los Cabos area that is really good in helping with a Fideocomiso.

Anyone have experience with someone in that area?

I think you're talking about The Settlement Company. It provides escrow services. The owner is very well connected with Mexican officialdom in D.F. They have a good reputation -- they do not deal with realtors, they are not attorneys or notarios. They are a third party realty facilitator. You don't need them if you have all the stuff you need for the notario who will do the fidecomiso start to finish. Email me if I can help more.

Just finishing two deals with Settlement Company. 7 mos on one 6 on the other. Finally had to cancel and go with a Notario. Double check and think twice before you use them.
