Rental Wanted for All Sept 06 - somewhere between Colonet and Santa Rosalia

We are looking for a rental house for the full month of September. 1 bedrm, 1 bath will do for the 2 of us, 3 dogs and a cat. Prefer to be on or very near the beach. Would like to be in the area between Colonet and Santa Rosalia. What's out there?

What facilities do you need... how far from pavement or a town do you want to be?

I know of a beach house... so does Shari of Bahia Asuncion...

Here arew some photos, no text yet as this site is under construction: http://community-2.webtv.net/boojum2/sanroque

Just wanted to know if you have been in Baja in September....I don't leave Bahia Asuncion where it is lovely and not too hot because of the ocean breeze, but on the gulf side it is like hell's kitchen hot...so be warned. Most people spend all their time indoors in air conditioned rooms and cars. Our beach house is available in september and it is a lovely spot but a little on the rustic side, with an outhouse and no running water, solar panel lights etc., but awesome beach and warm water in September, great fishing, diving, boogie boarding...no tourists...great for romantic getaway and animals. let me know if you are interested.

that's a little too rustic for us!! running water and a real bathroom would be a must have!
