Is that anything like shingles? Supposed to be pretty painful.

Most French people have it and don't even know. Maybe if they knew how to pronounce it correctly they could receive treatment.

Crepes:
2 cups sure?a flour
1 tbsp + 2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 fresh eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp oil
everything in a blender. let stand for 1 hour. Heat a lightly oiled (you can use Pam or similar cooking spray) medium skillet over moderately high
heat until hot. The tricky part: quickly pour about a 1/4 cup of batter into the pan all at once and tilt the pan using your wrist in a twisting
motion to spread the batter in a thin layer across the bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-1 1/2 minutes until the crepe is browned slightly. Flip the crepe
over, you can use a heat resistant spatula, and cook for 20-30 more seconds. Continue to make crepes, stacking them on top of each other until you
have enough. then fill with your favorite filling!

Crepes y mas yummy
The crepes are great.
Fabrizio is from France and Flor from Cabo, they also make quiche and wonderful cakes. We ordered a couple of cakes for a birthday, one was
chocolate, chocolate, cherries and rum! The other was a orange cake with lemon mousse frosting, assorted fruits on top. They are really good and a
nice occasional change from tres leches. Closed Mondays.
