Where can I find a parrot?
Hi, hopefully someone here can help. I live in TJ and own a few small (spoiled lol) parrots and now I want to ad a large parrot to my little flock.
I don't know where to find a breeder down here.........I'm having no luck finding one at all. I would have no problem adopting an older bird or
hand-feeding a chick (I have hand-fed many many birds) I also have no problem taking in a special needs or handicaped bird. If anyone knows where I
can find a breeder or knows of someone looking for a new loving home for thier pet please let me know! Thanks a lot all!!!

You could check with animal rescue groups around San Diego. Parrots are often part of the collection. In fact, I just did a quick google and found
this group located in San Diego - and they need permanent homes for parrots!

Probably not a problem taking a parrot into Mexico but very illegal the other way around, although people do smuggle them into the U.S. anyway.
All my childhood I wanted to be older. Now I\'m older and this chitn sucks.

as long as you have their "papers" showing origin and the like, tis not a problem going either way. Our friend takes their bird back and forth all
the time. Got the bird in the US and always takes all the papers with coming and going - so far, no problemo!

There are a few good pet shops in Ensenada that sell them. Take a weekend off and check them out.
