Loreto Lot set up for RV (RENTAL)

When our corp is finished (in a little over a week), we may be prepared to rent all (or part) of our Loreto lot, which is very private and set up for 3 RV's (sewer, electricity, water).

This is just an early note for Nomad friends - or if you know of good folks looking for an arrangement like this... We do need to get our corp. completed Aug. 15 - 24, and all of the related details so that we can rent our lot legally.

We'd prefer a long term rental... We don't plan to build for at least a couple of years.

Our lot is 1 block from the Sea of Cortez, one block from the historic town square, and on a very private, quiet street that is only a block long. Very wonderful neighbors. Nice ficus trees, bouganvilla, and small fan palms.

Please U2U me (only) if you are interested in a situation like this.

a little clarification

bancoduo: and that is a GOOD thing! One RV is enough for anyone! ;)

Al, got your U2U and replied.

T, yours too, thanks.

I should clarify: We are not building an RV facility...

Our lot came with the elect., water, and sewer hookups as they are.

We're simply interested in finding a suitable long term rental arrangement for one (or possibly two) RVers who'd like to rent a beautiful, private spot directly from us - for a couple of years until we decide it is time to break ground for our project. I've only posted here on BajaNomad...

Thanks
djh

Good luck with all djh. I'm a little bit closer to the "Medicine Line" than you are. Plan to head south in less than a year. Gonna explore all options, with spending a lots of time down in Baja Sur high on the agenda. Not a camper person, will be looking for a 3 to 6 month rental/lease somewhere down that way.

djh. Is that the lot that Capt. George sold last year? If so. It's a great location, and walled in & gated. If not, exactly where is the location? Have friends that I need to send somewhere this winter, beside a regular r.v. park.\ Phil

HI Phil S.,

Yes, this is the property we purchased from George last winter. It really is a wonderful spot & we love it. So close to the water and town center, yet on a small quiet road that is only a block long.... so used primarily by neighbors only.

We have improved on the lot... Fence repairs, clearing brush and the little bit of debris, etc.

U2U me if you or your friends are seriously interested.

We'reheading to Loreto in a couple days again !

Hi David. That's great. I looked at that long, long & hard before George bought it to purchase it. Great close in location. Good security. Hop & a jump to the malecon. Kick myself now for not going ahead & doing it. Will talk with my friends and if they show any interest, I'll get back to you. Again. Congratulations on your purchase. You'll have lots of people wanting to 'set up' there, just because of location.
