Attorney in La Paz?

Considering leasing some of our property at Los Cerritos to a Yoga retreat. Need to know the name of a reliable attorney who would help us write up a contract and keep our fannies out of hot water. Ideas???

Skeets favorite attorney is Miguel Izquierdo. his office in on the 5th of February right across from that auto parts store that specializes in off road racing and does the power washing. it's got a big fenced in lot and is a few blocks down from the hospital. His office is on the second floor in that little plaza. The door says correro publico numero uno (it's a made up title) . He did my corporation docs and was OK but he neglected to do do some of the final paperwork filing and it cost me a fine a few years later. Many folks speak highly of him and others do not.
Patty gives the best dam massage in the world, nice person. How are they going to run a yoga retreat at your spot....not a lot of infrastructure? I'm sending you a U2 shortly regarding other things about them.

Does he speak English? My Spanish is pretty good, but things (especially legal) can get lost in the translation. Thanks very much, Tom
