Where to buy a safe in Ensenada or Rosarito

We have just been robbed at our house in La Mision, so I'm thinking it would be a good idea to get a safe, and bolt it to the floor of the closet. Can anyone suggest a place in Ensenada or Rosarito where we might buy one--or should we just go to Costco in Ensenada?

I was looking at safes a number of years ago and, if you have a cement slab floor, kinda hard to bolt to, they used at that time a glue, such as the glue used to fasten the tiles to the nose of the space shuttle. No holes need be drilled but the safe becomes a permanent fixture.

Sorry you were robbed. I was recently robbed at my construction site, $1000 worth of lumber. So, Im doing what you're doing now, closing the gate after the horse got out.

I saw at least one safe at Costco. A gun safe, able to hold at least ten AK-47s, known locally as Cuerno De Chivo, goats horn, for the shape of the clip.

Which begs the question, where can one find a place in ensenada to buy the ten Cuernos de Chivas needed to fill a new gun safe? Anyone?

We were burglarized--but it was an "inside" job, i.e., no sign of a break-in. My housekeeper had a key, but it wasn't her, I'm sure. We think it was her husband, and he was watching our house--because it was the middle of the day, and we were only gone for an hour--and they knew where everything was. He knew the house well--he has done lots of work for us, and we think he's using drugs, and he has a reputation for having done this before....

Beware...

...Safes can be sneaky...when they are left alone in a dark room! At least they practice 'Safe Sex'....
