I really don't think it was the message that was (Snotty and sent with Mal intent) but the ATTITUDE that it was sent with!! Maybe just KILL the attitude!

Just for curiosity sake, how much did the house sell for and was it anywhere near the beach?

No, it was not on the beach. It is in LVS Eldorado Ranch Estates about 3-4 miles from the beach.
I'm sure she is happy to have it sold now.
