Yep, Jeeps can be camped out of for a solid week, and we're here to prove it, mister! Enjoy the photos - these are just a few of the roughly 2000 photos snapped last week.

Ken,, I gotta meet you someday !
I enjoy all of your posts and your sense of humour.

If my F350 crew could keep up, I'd love to join one of your trips.
(I'd need another winch on the rear, more lift and some dynamite !!)
Last Jeep-like I had was a "47 Willy's in 1979.

We parked our Jeeps outside of El Palomar Restaurant in Santo Tomas where we ate lunch on Saturday the 18th. We had a great meal, and heads turned as they slowed over the topes at all of the built rigs...

There were no Liberties on this trip: 1 Grand Cherokee, 3 Cherokee XJs, and 6 Wranglers - 3 of which were Unlimited Rubicons.

This is the scene at Coco's Corner in Valle de Coco - He sold plenty of t-shirts and sodas to our group...

NO CJs???:O

I guess we need to put Baja Angel's '79 CJ-5 Renegade (run in the Rubicon before Jeep used that name) into action... none of them cushy, soft riding Wranglers for us!

With York/Kilby on-board air compressors, we were able to fill our tires just as fast as you can air down a tire. Tom lost a bead on one of his wheels due to him hitting a rock, and his steel rim bending. We reseated his tire on the bead and he drove to the Bay of L.A. without any trouble.

Swimming in Gonzaga Bay on Thanksgiving Day just after eating at Alfonsinas. Our group heard that the restaurant was "closed" to a private party, but more and more of us came in and sat down. The kitchen staff was given the, "Go Ahead" and served us a buffet, we dropped 2 Franklin's and set up our tents at Grumpy's campo. I decided to go for a swim - fully clothed. The water was a little on the frigid side...
