Getting a vehicle permit in La Paz


One possible option for my next trip is to take the ferry from La Paz to Topolobampo to go home rather than back up the penninsula. Can I get the vehicle permits there in La Paz before getting on the Ferry? Where is the office located?

Yes at the ferry terminal. And thats the way it was.
