Be sure that your friend is clear with the doctor on the SIZE of the teeth. Mexican dentists have a tendency to use too-large dentures. It's ok if you dont mind looking like a horse.

We have been using Dra Elvia Navarro at Madero y Ocampo. 12 28 7 97.

How much time does your friend have in town? Yes the dental work is good and less expensive than El Norte, but just a friendly heads up that your Mulege friend have to stay in La Paz for a while.

2 crowns and a pontic 5500 pesos
for reference:

Dentalfind.com

Pontic
Pontic refers to a replacement, artificial tooth or teeth that are mounted on a fixed or removal dental appliance. One of the main components of a dental bridge, the pontic is attached to two surrounding abutments (dental crowns) to create a seamless impression of a complete set of healthy teeth. Pontics are used in both partial and complete dentures.
