Ensenada Home Depot have cabinets ?

Anybody know if the Ensenada Home Depot has kitchen cabinets (not special order) in stock?

The "ready-to-assemble" type that are packed in flat boxes would be easiest to transport but at this stage I'll consider anything half-way decent, not too pricey, and not white.

I even took notes for future reference when we were there a few months ago but after 3 hours of buying and documenting, my brain was fried and I didn't get to the kitchen cabinet dept.

If you find yourself in that Depot within the next couple of weeks and remember this post (and aren't too delirious from shopping), could you cruise thru the cabinet section and see if they carry any in stock? I would greatly appreciate it and it will help us pack our trailer accordingly.

Muchas thank yous.

Home depot has partical board cabinets...Don't know how many you need, but will not take many to overload most trailers. The best way if you can find a table saw is to bring 1/2" Ply and 1/4" ply. With a few hinges, slides and iron on edge tape you can have the boxes. Measure the openings and next trip bring down the doors and drawers.
As a cabinet maker it seems easy to me:smug::biggrin:
I would help you lay-out and list:cool:

I guess Depot cabinets are probably sacrilegious to a cabinet maker Al, but my husband admits he wouldn't be able to whip up some cabinets like you probably can. Plus we've got lots of other projects to work on in the few weeks we get to spend in BCS .

I'd really just like a kitchen sink and need a base cabinet for it. Washing clothes and dishes in the garden hose wasn't bad in the summer, but brrrrrrr for our next trip in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your offer though.

And thanks also Bajabound, any info would be helpful.

They may not have cabinets, but they have good bargains in the parking lot, if you don't keep too much dinero in your wallet. For more info. ask Capt. Mike.:spingrin::spingrin:

We actually just got some really nice ones there! They were glass doors in the front, and in stock, and not expensive. We have a Highlander, and had no trouble fitting two of them in the car--probably could have fit more if needed....
