Delayed Avitar Gratification

My wife got me hooked on reading this board, so I finally signed up and spent half a day making my darn avatar. Now I just read that I have to make 25 posts so it will show up!

Talk about delayed gratification.

So... I guess I’ll begin with something simple:

I never really explored Baja much until I met my wife (who took me there for my first time). We have been building a house in BCS, but still really enjoy camping. Although our focus is on surfing, we like shore and kayak fishing, paddleboarding as well as looking for “stuff” on the beach.

My wife really likes looking for sharks teeth and places where indians have lived, but I have to admit I must have attention deficit disorder because I can’t seem to focus on the ground long enough to find anything, I usually just enjoy the hike.

I enjoy Nomad most to hear how others have figured out how to deal with the unique situations that arise from traveling and living in Baja, oh...and I always look forward to Ken Bondy's pictures!

My wife’s avatar is a really good wave.

BigWooo,

I checked out your avatar on your profile, pretty cool. If you replied to each person who welcomes you to this board, you could probably reach your desination in just this one thread.

Good luck and welcome to the board!

I understand but can you not use it temporarily as a signature file? Do newbies have that priviledge? Goto your "edit profile"

Enter common tag to install .gif etc. like:

in the sig box. Who knows, maybe it'll werk!;D

Thanks Sharks!

The avitar above is going to dissappear in a bit though, because I just moved it to photobucket, but I think I'll leave it up on the old address until I get 25 posts so I can see it in yours!
