Anybody use this Mexican Auto. Insurance?
Adventure Mexican Insurance
http://www.mexadventure.com/
They contacted me, and I had not heard of them before... Any positive or negative experiences?
The only three I have heard mostly good about or have personal experience with are Lewis & Lewis, Discover Baja, and the sponsors of Baja Nomad:

Hey David,
Although Mexadventure is a competitor of ours, we do talk every so often to discuss changes in the insurance industry and such. Jeff Nordahl (owner)
is a good guy and I feel that we are similar in our business practices. I have always thought very highly of him and his operation.

Good to see competition. Used Bajabound w/good results = as mentioned in many threads. It was an Easy website to use - very user friendly. Next time
more options. Hope someone has input on actual experience with Mexadventure policies.
Sometimes you really do question; why you are and where you are.

We have always used Vagabundos for our auto and marine insurance. The auto is written through Seguros de Potosi this year. We had an uninsured
driver hit us 2 weeks ago. This guy also had no registration, and no driver's license. Interestingly, he was a gringo from Arizona. After he hit me
he sent the car north to Arizona before the police arrived (lots of witnesses). So six police come in one car, write up the info, tell him he is
supposed to pay, he says he can't. So, they leave. I call my ins. co. (in San Luis Potosi...toll free) and an adjuster is here (La Paz) in 30
minutes. We have a couple of beers, talk about families, etc. then he sees the car, photographs it, interviews the guy who hit me. Tries to get
money, sees it's useless. Next day we get the police report, adjuster report. I call US office and they already have info and will repair car ($500
deductable) in US when we get back in April. So far, so good. Now the final saga of this story will be in April after we get home and have it
repaired. By the way, this is a 2006 Toyota 4Runner with less than 20K miles so I'm glad I'm only out $500 (maybe, we'll see). Lots of stories of
uninsured motorists MAYBE going to jail. Well, like everything else down here, it depends. The guy is still around. I just hope he doesn't hit a
Mexican child or destroy a car a local needs to get to work. But, this insurance company is right-on so far.
