News Flash about Asuncion B&B

Now THIS is big news...no, not an earthquake, not a political uprising, the road hasn't been graded, nor a big fish caught...something even MORE newsworthy....we now can go to the bathroom INSIDE our home!!! Yep, Juan has finally installed an indoor toilet, sink and new shower in our house. Peeing inside...what a concept! and a luxury. Only our horse Martillo isn't impressed as everyone who took the trip to our outhouse petted and spoke to our horse on the way by. Sorry Martillo but the times, they are a changin...ask any Nomad....but this kind of progress is fine by me! NOmad Jorge insisted that we put in an RV dumping station as part of our septic system...so thanks to him all you RVers now have a place to dump as well...gracias Jorge...
We'll have the baño warming party after our voyage to Ojo de Liebre! Everyone invited...

hold down the Alt key and push 164 on the number pad to the right side of your keyboard, then release the Alt button... ñ ... For capital, it's Alt + 165 : Ñ

Shari, is this an early birthday present? Denny gave me a toilet for our basement on Valentines one year. You know it's true love when you get a gift like that.

Shari...Oh, great, now you'll probably tell us...

...you're going to get that new-fangled, RUNNING WATER stuff that comes out of pipes inside the house! No more running out to the well with a 5 gal bucket!

Can't really think of anything more 'Earthshaking' than an inside privy! Enjoy!

Next project IS running water in the kitchen and real plumbing...not just buckets under the sink...how'd you guess? Onwards and upwards!

Gracias amigos, I had my first shower with a water heater last night and to celebrate the big indoor historical "Sh*#!t, shower and shave" event, Juan made me breaded abalone medallions...OMG...divine...what a guy plus I sipped on a lovely dusty old bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon that forgot to get drunk during the earthquakes. Viva Asuncion!
