FM3 (again) stamped going and coming

I know there was a thread recently that talked about requirements for getting stamped. I can't find it. Was there a consensus about whether to get it done or not?

(My advisor down here has said Migracion will look at time spent out of Baja more than 6 months. Yes or no?)

Why have it stamped when you leave? Stay away from Migracion. What they dont know wont hurt you.
